SEC provides surveying and construction staking services for various types of land development projects. Our services range from the initial topographic and ALTA/ACSM land title surveys to preliminary and final plat of subdivisions including plats of zoning, annexation and easements. Our project experience ranges from 2,000+ acre residential developments and suburban commercial/industrial developments.  We provide construction staking for mass grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, dry utilities, pavement, curb and gutter and record drawings for submittal to the governing municipality. Following construction of roads and lots, SEC provides houseline surveying services to meet municipality requirements for building permits plats, foundation staking, spot foundation survey, finish grading staking and plat of survey for occupancy.
